Scott has been
back to Canada several times and always looks
forward to it. The whole place is founded on
the ‘outdoors’ lifestyle and anyone
who prefers being in the open air as opposed
to indoors should think about moving there, or
at least getting a holiday home.
Scott’s team are busy setting up trips
to the Rockies for people wishing to buy investment
property in some of the best snow resorts in
the world. The country may not offer some of
the capital gains that other suggested countries
on our itinerary may yield but the basic numbers
are still great and, for his money, Scott feels
that the Canadian Rockies are the best value-for-money
resorts in the northern hemisphere, even more
so than Bulgaria as Canadian resorts already
have fantastic infrastructure in place.
