are ‘invited’ to invest in a specific
property development, often using their money
to act as seed finance. They will usually own
shares in a limited company set up for the
sole purpose of buying, designing, constructing,
marketing and/or selling a particular development
in a location around the world specially chosen

potential and likely success.
