• This is a highly specialised investment vehicle aimed at sophisticated investors and high net worth clients who demand the highest returns attained through involvement in property developments from the very start - often inception/blueprint stage.
  
• Each syndicate is unique but the typical set-up is..............
  
  • Clients are ‘invited’ to invest in a specific property development. They will usually own shares in a limited company set up for the sole purpose of buying, designing, constructing, marketing and/or selling a particular development in a location around the world specially chosen by Intrepid Investments for it’s huge potential and likely success.

• The plan or focus of a particular syndicate can vary enourmously, but is often one of the following;
  • providing seed money to landowners/developers to get a project off the ground
  • buy an investment commercial building already leased out at attractive yields
  • joint ventures to develop a project to be sold to the local and UK markets off-plan.

• In fact the actual deal can take take any unique form but however structured, all our syndicates have a common tread - to give the highest returns by choosing projects that individually offer scope for higher returns because of the ability to tap into our syndicate 's main strength - combining like-minded investors readily available funds for injection into suitable high yielding projects.

• Although investment syndication is a higher risk strategy, it can yield extraordinary returns. Scott Huggins works closely with his team and contacts throughout the world to ensure that the risk is minimal, and the rewards maximised.
  

• Minimum investments is typically in the region of €25,000 but can be as low as €5,000 for smaller deals and as high as €50,000 on larger deals.

• Target yields are in the range of 20% - 100% + per annum depending on the level of risk. Lower returns mean lower risk. The higher risk syndicates will reward higher returns. Returns are often a mix of income and capital growth, but can be just capital growth.
  

• Intrepid's core strength is the team's approach to 'Due Diligence' - the area where we identify risks and manage those until they are minimal to the project. There will always be elements of risk but careful approach to the financials and the legal aspects of a deal can really reduce them.

• Annual Membership for 2007 costs £500 + VAT and is fully refundable after two investments within the year.
